Cancellation Policy
Deposit Only rates
This property has a 1 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated (see ‘Things to Note’ information).
Non-refundable rates
Your booking is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.
Things to Note
Please note that for the dorm section we have an age limit if you are not with a group or family.
We accept guests until 40 years old ** for DORMS BED only student accepted.
Check in starts from 2 PM If you are arriving after 10 PM you must inform us directly.
Please note that we have an age limit we accept guest until 40 years old for the hostel dorm section.
Hostel curfew : from 3 am to 6am.
Cancellation policy: 1 days before arrival
Our KITCHEN is open 24 hours per day.
Extra charge : city tax 0.9 Euro per person and per day.
EMAIL If you change the dates of your reservation, please inform the hostel by mail.2 days before the arrival day.
All emails sent less than 48 ours before the arrival date will not be treated.
We have cooking facilities and free computers + WiFi in all the places : reception and courtyard.
Email address is only available for cancellation bookings and bookings change MOST of the dorm have metallic cage but we don’t provided lock.
The check in starts from 2PM The check out 10 am.
